Policy

Door een afspraak te maken, ga je automatisch akkoord met de salonvoorwaarden. Lees deze zorgvuldig door om misverstanden te voorkomen. Heb je vragen over de policy of ben je ergens onzeker over? Neem gerust contact op vóór je afspraak. Zo zorgen we samen voor een fijne en professionele ervaring!

Payments

Payments

• A deposit of €20 is required to confirm an appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of the treatment.

• Payments are only accepted in cash. However, bank transfers can be accepted with an additional fee of €5.

• If your tardy by 10 minutes, you’ll be charged an additional €10.

• Appointments that are delayed for over 15 minutes will result in cancellation. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required and 50% of the full set price.

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment. For cancellations within 48 hours or no- shows, 100% of the full set price will be retained as compensation for lost time. If you don’t pay the compensation you’ll be blacklisted

• Deposits and payments are non-refundable unless the appointment is canceled by the stylist. In such cases, the deposit will be fully refunded or can be applied to a new appointment.

General

• Please come without make-up or oil based products around your eyes

• If you attend your appointment with make-up, black wig glue, oil or any other product that affects the lashretention; in or around your lashes, you won’t get the free lashcorrection within 48 hours.

• If your lashes are heavily falling out within 48 hours after the treatment, please contact us immediately. Your compensation will be a free lashcorrection. Reports after 48 hours will not be compensated and you’ll have to book a mini fill.

• Don’t like your lashes or want a small change? Please let me know immediately after your appointment so we can fix it!

• Its not possible to refill lash extensions applied by another lashtechnician.

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of infection, poor hygiene or inappropriate behaviour.

• Please inform us before your appointment about any allergies, skin sensitivities or medical conditions that might affect the treatment.

• If you get an allergic reaction, you’ll get a free removal as compensation, there will be no refund.

• Its important to note that if your pregnant, menstruating or are undergoing any other sort of hormonal change, you may experience accelerated lash loss.

• Please be aware that warm and rainy weather can affect the lashretention.
